The grapes, previously de-stemmed, underwent pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in lagares, not exceeding 25ºC, for 11 days, using a treading robot. Malolactic fermentation and aging were carried out in French oak barrels for 20 months.
